This website hosts DOCK Blaster, a web-based interface to virtual screening. Unlike other programs that you must download and install, DOCK Blaster runs right in your browser, i.e. on our servers. The goal of DOCK Blaster is to make virtual screening as easy to use and interpret for non-specialists as BLAST.
